Q : I'm considering renting out my property, but I am not sure whether I should hire a company or do it myself?

A : Our duties include: advertising the property when vacant, screening and qualifying prospective residents, enforcing the lease provisions, collecting rent, proper accounting of the property and the income, monthly statements to the property owner, monthly payments to the property owner, coordination of repairs to the property made by maintenance personnel or licensed contractors, prompt evictions should the resident fail to pay, and much more. Q : How much of a security deposit do you collect and what is it used for?
A : Our standard security deposit is 110% of one month’s rent. The security deposit cannot be used for last month’s rent. All security deposits are held in a trust account controlled by the property manager.

Q : I don't want pets; can you include no pets in the advertising?
A : Yes, how your property is managed is up to you, and we can demand the resident not have any pets. If you choose to accept some types of pets, we typically recommend charging the resident an upfront pet fee for any potential damage or odor that may remain due to having the pet in your property
